REMOTE CONTROLLED GLIDER FLYING RULES
FORT EBEY STATE PARK
(A glider is an aircraft that is not powered by internal combustion engines but uses air drafts and gravity as the primary source of propulsion.)
2) Pilots assume full responsibility for their equipment and their actions.
3) Flying hours are:
April I -September 30 6:30 AM to one half hour before dusk
October 1 -March 31 8:00 AM to one half hour before dusk
4) Pilots must identify their intended radio control. frequency to other pilots on site.
5) Launching, flying, and landing shall take place only in the designated areas. See map.
6) Groups of 20 or more participants in organized events must contact the park manager prior to conducting the flying event. Fort Ebey State Park (360) 678-4636.
7) Report any accidents that result in personal injury or property damage to the park staff as soon as possible.
8) Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the launch, flying, and landing zones. Alcohol is only permitted in developed picnic and campsites.
9) All other state park rules apply.

Failure to abide by any posted remote controlled aircraft flying rule is an infraction under chapter 7.84 RCW.
